Averie bursts forth with joyous spontaneity, alive with expressive bohemian blooms and vibrant pops of colour. Hand-painted in gouache, the stylized silhouettes of daisies, forget-me-nots and cosmos flowers blend seamlessly with decorative stripes. This skilful layering of pattern is reminiscent of the innovative Liberty florals created by distinguished design duo Collier Campbell during the 1970s. Celebrated for their eclectic and gestural style, Collier Campbell reshaped the textile design landscape, leaving an indelible mark on the era. This print is part of the second chapter of this collection, Collaboration, which reflects the current design team’s celebration of the techniques and styles of their predecessors - bridging the gap between past and present.

Our Tana Lawn™ cotton is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed in our very own Liberty Printing Mill, located between Milan and Lake Como in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy. Machine washable and durable enough for daily wear, it can be used to create everything from simple separates to spectacular statement pieces.
